The fair was wonderful thank you everyone. We had some concerns about the rain but the day turned out perfect. There were over 50 Providers present to assist you. We hope you enjoyed the fair and look forward to seeing you at next years event.

Come to the 5th Annual Provider Fair in the Phoenix area you will meet with many DDD qualified providers and community partners from across the valley who will provide you with a wide range of choices of services. | |
| There will be fun and games for the kids, prizes and lots of family entertainment. This year we have carnival style games, bounce houses and much more. |
| Raffle Complete a survey form to enter into the Raffle for one of the 40 $25 dollar gift cards. Providers will also be giving away promotional items and gifts at their tables. |
Not only will you be able to enjoy a day out with the family in a fair like setting, but you can also meet many providers that can answer your questions about services offered by DDD. | |
